All you have to do is place your sous vide in a pot of water, ensuring that there is enough water to reach the ‘minimum’ line. Bring the water up to temperature using the sous vide (you can start with warm water to make it quicker). Once temperature is reached, place your food in a sealable, sous vide safe bag, and take. as much air out of it as possible. Submerge under water, and thats it!
