Coppernox by Scanpan is a stainless steel range of cookware that specialises in heat distribution. This range has a copper wedge bonded into the base, for even heat distribution. This copper wedge is enveloped in 2 layers of aluminium, to further increase heat retention, as well as eliminate hot spots. Coppernox is suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and is oven safe up to 220ºC. Coppernox offers frypans, saucepans, dutch ovens, and cookware sets.
