Lotus Rock by Davis & Waddell, combines inspiration from nature and durability, to create a new style of non-stick cooking. The surface of Lotus Rock is coated with a thin layer of nano-silica which repels water, mimicking the lotus flowers self cleaning ability. The nano-silica also absorbs oil, so if lightly brushed with oil at the start of each use, will become non-stick, with minimal oil! Lotus Rock is hard enough to endure metal utensils, and can withstand high temperatures without blistering. However for the best results, we recommend using this range at a medium temperature. Due to the Acacia handles, this range is NOT suitable for the oven, but can be used on all cooktops!
Each piece of Lotus Rock is made in China, and is covered by a 12 months manufacturing warranty.
