Induction Capable
ProIQ by Scanpan has all the features expected from Scanpan Products. The core is 100% recycled aluminium, as well as the pan being squeeze cast for better heat distribution. The ceramic titanium non-stick coating is PFOA free, and is tough enough to withstand metal utensils. Unlike many other Scanpan ranges, the glass lids have vents! Oven safe up to 260oC. ProIQ offers frypans, saucepans, sautépans, and even a couple of cookware sets.
