In order to make ANY claim for ANY product, we require a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase counts as either a receipt (photo, photocopy or printed receipt), or a copy of your bank statement if paid on card.

Please be aware that since most of our brands are international companies, they have their own steps to take when going through the claims process. This means that if there is a fault with your product, it isn’t up to us as retailers to decide if it is worthy of a claim, it is up the the company to perform their own assessment. If you think you’re eligible for a claim due to a faulty product, bring it back to us with a proof of purchase, and we can go through that process on your behalf.

Here at Sauvage Urbain, if you buy a product and change your mind, we are happy to give a refund within the first 7 days after purchase. Just make sure to bring in proof of purchase, and that the product hasn’t been used!

If you have a faulty product, the Australian Consumer Law says that we must repair, replace or refund the product. If it is a minor problem, a repair or replacement will be offered. If it is a major problem (see what qualifies as a major problem HERE), you have the right to choose between a replacement or a refund.
