The handles are ergonomically designed to fit the hand comfortably with no slipping. All of Scanpan’s knives are a genuine Danish design, and are made in China under strict Danish guidelines. All products are sent back to Denmark after manufacture for testing in Scanpan labs, before being distributed around the world. Scanpan knives come in several different ranges, including Classic, Spectrum and Classic Steel.
