CTX by Scanpan is a ceramic titanium cookware range, featuring multiple layers of stainless steel and non-stick coating. Like other Scanpan ranges, CTX has a 100% recycled aluminium core, to improve heat dispersal throughout the cookware. CTX also has a multi-ply construction of stainless steel, which allows for fast and efficient heat dispersal over the cookware surface. The rivets securing the stainless steel handles are designed to stay cooler for longer, as well as cool down faster if they are heated. CTX is safe to use in the oven up to 260ºC, and is 100% PFOA free! Compatible with all cooktops.
