Induction Capable
Induction+ by Scanpan is a ceramic titanium non-stick range, designed especially for induction cooktops! Induction+ is an excellent vessel of heat when being used for not only induction cooktops, but all other cooktops as well! The 100% recycled aluminium core aids in the transferal of heat from the induction element to the cookware. All of Induction+ is oven safe up to 260oC. This range offers frypans, saucepans, sauté pans, dutch ovens, and some small cookware set options.
